Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000

International Shipping

• Europe: 7-14 business days
• North America: 10-15 business days
• Rest of World: 14-21 business days
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Policy

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@sanghamitra.in to initiate a return
2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed as a return and new order.
